NO RETURNS - ONLY EXCHANGES APPLICABLE
All items purchased during this clearance sale are sold as-is and are final sale for returns. We do not accept returns for any clearance sale items under any circumstances.
Exchanges are permitted, subject to a non-refundable handling fee of ₹100.
Exchange Policy:
Since this is a CLEARANCE SALE, we are operating below our cost prices, and have to bear additional logistical and processing charges for any movement of goods. Therefore, while we offer exchanges as an exception to our standard final sale policy, a minimal, non-refundable exchange handling fee of ₹100 will be charged to cover a part of these costs.
What This Means:
No Returns: Items cannot be returned for refunds or store credit
Exchanges Applicable: Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value, subject to product availability and the exchange fee of ₹100.
No Exceptions (for Returns): The no return policy applies to all clearance sale items without exception
This policy supersedes our standard return policy during clearance sales.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any manufacturing defects or damages during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@filohevis.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate genuine shipping damage or fulfillment errors on a case-by-case basis.
Unboxing video from package opening is mandatory for damage claims.
Manufacturing Variations
Due to the inherent nature of textile manufacturing, a slight variation of 5% may occur in the final product. These variations can include differences in color, pattern, texture, or size due to production processes. These are considered normal and are not grounds for free returns or exchanges during clearance sales.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
All partial COD orders are subject to a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of ₹49 to cover logistical costs. This fee applies once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and must be paid even if the order is refused at delivery. The fee partly covers packaging, dispatch, and delivery expenses, and is charged separately from the product cost regardless of delivery outcome.
